Bad Customer Service

I do not recommend Bank of America. The staff at this bank seem very unhappy with their jobs and let you know it. They treat you poorly and don't care about you at all.

ugh-I'm switching

It's ALWAYS crowded at this location. I have to go 5 miles out of my way to get one with a better parking situation. I've realized ALL of them have security guards. Is this supposed to make me feel s

crappy bank bad location

this location is always too busy, they hire a off duty cop to watch the parking lot but i don't understand how it helps the parking traffic jamthat occurs evertime i make the mistake of going to this

Good service

I switched to Bank of America from another bank, and for the most part, I've been pleased. This particular location does tend to be a little crowded at times, however, but the staff handles it well.

All over the place

B of A is a huge chain...so they have lots of online systems and ATMs everywhere. Very convenient. I've had to wait a bit though when I needed to talk to a live person.
